To maintain responsiveness during tap/touch interactions, we don’t recommend using the Protescreen in this way.

By placing your Protescreen on top of another screen protector, you may see reduced responsiveness when working your screen.

We currently have warehouses in the USA, the UK and the EU. All orders from the USA, UK, EU and Canada will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your order address.However, we currently do not support shipments to countries outside of those we have listed.

We process orders Monday to Saturday. Please allow 1 business days to process your order. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

It depends on where you are. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days normally via Express shipping.

If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel it at any moment.

If the order has already been dispatched, Order cancellation is no longer covered under the shipping policy, and will instead be governed by the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
