Shipping Methods
Protescreen different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our carriers are: 4PX, Yun Express, FEDEX.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.
NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping, maybe some tracking is not available. More information is available on the information tracking page:

Does privacy screen protector make my screen darker?
High-quality privacy screen protector will slightly reduce brightness, but your screen remains clear and readable when viewed straight on.
Privacy screen protectors work by limiting side viewing angles. When viewed from the front, the display stays sharp and usable. Any brightness reduction can usually be compensated by increasing screen brightness by a small amount.
Can other people see my screen from the side with a privacy screen protector?
No. A privacy screen protector blocks side views beyond approximately 28–30°, keeping your screen visible only to you. This makes privacy screen protectors ideal for public spaces such as cafés, offices, airplanes, and public transportation, where protecting personal or work information is important.
Does a privacy screen protector affect touch sensitivity or Face ID?
No. A properly designed privacy tempered glass does not affect touch responsiveness or Face ID performance. High-quality privacy screen protectors are precisely cut and maintain full touchscreen sensitivity. Face ID and front camera functions remain accurate when installed correctly.
